Plinth is a web-based invoicing tool that allows freelancers and small teams to manage clients, create and track invoices, and monitor financial summaries.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@plinth.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Plinth for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the service's infrastructure. Automated scraping or bulk data extraction is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

Plinth and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Plinth team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plinth is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Plinth at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plinth operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
