Client management

Store names, emails, and company details for every client in one searchable directory. Each client record links to their full invoice history, so you never lose track of who owes what.

Invoice tracking

Create invoices with a number, amount, issue date, and due date. Move them from draft to sent to paid as work progresses, or mark overdue when payments run late.

Quarterly financial summary

A dedicated stats view shows total outstanding versus paid amounts for the current quarter. No spreadsheets required — the numbers update as you mark invoices.

Client-name search

Type a client name in the invoice search bar and Plinth filters the list to show only that client's invoices. Faster than scrolling through a long ledger.

Status filtering

Filter invoices by draft, sent, paid, or overdue status with a single click. Each filter pill shows the count so you know exactly how many invoices sit in each bucket.

Cookie-backed authentication

Your account is protected with bcrypt-hashed passwords and signed session cookies. No third-party auth providers, no OAuth popups — just email and password.
